Codes of Practice

Jersey Pensions Association (JPA) intends to publish Codes of Practice covering various pensions topics, including:

• Trusteeship

• Funding

• Tax

• Administration

These Codes will provide pensions practitioners with practical guidance on how to comply with the relevant legislative requirements as well as implement and achieve industry best practice.  

Our first code of practice sets out best practice for trustees of employer sponsored trust based pension schemes. You can download it here.
